Adopting an animal is a wonderful way to support the park
As we receive no government funding, we rely entirely on the generosity of our visitors. Your adoption helps us care for our residents and protect the work we do every day.
An Animal Adoption is the gift that keeps on giving
Not only does it contribute directly to the park, it also makes a unique and meaningful gift – perfect for the person who has everything, the junior wildlife enthusiast, a friend overseas (no postage required!), or as a thoughtful thank-you for a teacher, coach, or carer. Whether it’s Christmas, a birthday, Valentine’s Day, or an anniversary, an adoption is a heartfelt choice for any occasion.

A few important notes:
• Adoptions are symbolic! Unfortunately, you can’t take your animal home; we know that’s disappointing!!
• Each adoption is a one-off single payment and lasts for 12 months from date of purchase.
• We do our very best to ensure all adoptable animals are on display; however, adoption does not guarantee you’ll be able to see or meet your animal on the day of your visit. If you can’t spot them, please ask a member of our team – we’re always happy to help!
• Adoption packages are processed manually by our small (but mighty!) team of humans. Please allow up to 48 hours for your certificate to arrive by email. They often reach you much sooner, but we appreciate your patience while we work behind the scenes to get everything just right.
• If ordering for Christmas, please ensure orders are in no later than December 22nd.
• If your chosen option includes a free entry pass, you’ll receive a one-time code by email. This can be used to book your ticket online or presented upon arrival at the park. The pass is valid for one adult, for single-day entry, and must be used within 12 months of purchase.
