Adopting an animal is a great way of supporting the park. We receive no government funding; instead, the park relies solely on visitor support. Your contribution goes towards ensuring the animals are cared for to the highest standard.
An Animal Adoption is a unique gift for the loved one who already has everything, the junior wildlife enthusiast, a friend abroad (no postage costs!), a thank you gift for a teacher, coach or carer - Christmas, birthday, valentines, anniversary - it's perfect for any occasion!
Our adoptive parents are symbolic; unfortunately, you can't take your animal home! We know that's disappointing, but we hope you'll visit them!
This is a one-off single payment and lasts for 12 months.

Please take note of a few points:
While all the animals available for adoption are usually on display, adopting an animal does not guarantee the chance of seeing or meeting them when visiting the park (but do please ask one of the team during your visit if you can't see them and we will do our best to help you!)
Adoption packages are manually processed. Please allow up to a week for us to email your package to you (although we know you'll be eagerly awaiting it and we usually get it to out much quicker!) We are a small team of humans working behind the scenes to get your goodies to you! PLEASE NOTE - Christmas time is a very busy time for orders. Option C order's must be received by December 20th to be guaranteed delivery by December 24th.
If you chose an option with a free entry pass, a one-time code will be emailed to you. You will need to use this code to purchase your ticket online, or to present upon entry at the park. Free Entry pass is valid for one adult, for a single day entry, to be used within 12 months of purchase.
Your personalised photo certificate and video (if purchased) will be sent to you digitally via email.
THE GIFT THAT KEEPS ON GIVING!! If you are adopting as a gift on behalf of someone, please be sure to complete the "notes" section, with all the details we need to make it special for them. We are happy to include a personalised message as you wish. And if it is for a special occasion and needed for a specific date, be sure to pop that in the "notes" section too! We cannot mind-read, so be specific with your instructions to avoid disappointment!
