Kiosk Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Kiosk Supervisor.

The Kiosk Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Kiosk/Eatery, which offers a variety of hot and cold light meals and refreshments to our visitors.

This role requires a strong leader with a passion for upholding the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Experience in a similar leadership position is required, along with a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate. Prior experience in Tourism is desirable. 

This role demands a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to: 

  • maintain a solid understanding and working knowledge of food safety standards
  • supervise and organize the team of Kiosk Assistants, and be responsible for staff training
  • oversee the opening and closing protocols of the kiosk
  • ensure all operational procedures are completed efficiently and accurately
  • oversee stock control, rotation and delivery
  • commitment to workplace health and safety 
  • prioritize an exceptional level of customer service
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills  
  • discretion, tact and an understanding of confidentiality 
  • cultivate an environment of cultural awareness and sensitivity 
  • strong organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment 
  • lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, reliability and a positive and willing attitude 

Hours: This is a full-time position, working 5 days per week, across both weekdays and weekends, and during peak holiday periods.
